Ingredients

Ingredients for 2 portions:

  • 1 Potato (200 g)
  • 100 grams of green beans
  • 1 carrot
  • 50 grams tofu
  • 50 grams wood ear mushrooms
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Pepper to taste
  • 800 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the following ingredients: green beans, carrots, potatoes, wood ear mushrooms, tofu, garlic, onions, and leeks. Peel and wash them thoroughly.
  2. Cut the cleaned ingredients into small pieces.
  3. Thinly slice the onions and spring onions.
  4. While waiting, boil water and grind the pepper and garlic into a smooth paste.
  5. Heat the cooking oil, sauté the ground spices, and sliced onions until fragrant.
  6. Add the stir-fry to the boiling water.
  7. Once boiled, add the half-cooked potatoes, salt, and sugar, and wait for them to cook further before adding the carrots, green beans, tofu, and wood ear mushroom.
  8. Check the seasoning and turn off the heat when the vegetables are soft but not wilted.
  9. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with spring onions. You can also add fried onions for an extra crunch.
