Yes, all customers are required to create an account. This allows you to check on progress of your shipment, review your order, and make future orders. All data is held with the utmost privacy.
How do I purchase BioKissed’s products at wholesale price?
Simply register as a member and purchase one of our starter packs. Then, you will always have access to our wholesale prices. Please see our membership info page for more information.

How do I return a product and receive a refund?
BioKissed will refund one hundred percent (100%) of the purchase price (plus applicable tax if prepaid) of Currently Marketable products that are returned by a BioKissed Member or Customer within thirty (30) days of purchase from the Company, less shipping costs and paid Bonuses.
This means the products must be in a perfect state for re-sale.

We make products that are beautiful, useful and built-to-last, with nature in mind. We do everything we can to reduce the plastic in our products, and we can proudly say our packaging is 100% plastic-free.
We will soon offer herbal teas, herbal supplements, skin and hair care, as well as core product range of 100% pure essential oils. We will continue to grow and expand our offerings to enable you to live a natural, healthy and eco-conscious life from morning until night.
How do I clean my Purified Bottle or Unified Mug? Are BioKissed products dishwasher safe?
Your bottle and mug have been made with a lot of love and care, so please avoid using any kind of metal wire brush as it might scratch the surface. Please do not wash in the dishwasher, we want the colour to remain as beautiful as new.
Are BioKissed’s products safe for pregnant women?
We suggest you consult with your doctor or healthcare professional prior to using our products. All of our zero waste products are recommended for normal household use and will be safe.

Each starter pack is designed to suit every budget and ambition, each pack has a different combination of products to reflect the investment. In order to progress the fastest, we recommend purchasing the Gold starter pack.
