Ingredients

  •  1/4 cup of lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the pink flesh with a large spoon. You’ll need about 8 cups, so make sure to reserve it. You can discard the rind. 
  2. Blend watermelon and lime juice in batches until smooth and frothy, about 30 seconds.
  3. Once blended, pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher. Use a spoon to press the mixture and release the juices. Discard the solids. 
  4. Finally, pour the juice into 4 glasses filled with ice and enjoy your delicious watermelon juice!
