  • 2 cups rolled oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • 1/4 cup chopped almond

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the necessary ingredients and mix them well. 
  3. Once done, pour the batter into a greased 8×8 pan, and don’t worry if it seems like too much liquid. The mixture will absorb as it bakes.
  4. Bake the oatmeal for 35-40 minutes or until the top turns a golden brown and the milk is entirely absorbed. 
  5. You can serve it warm or cold, depending on your preference.
  6. It’s essential to store the baked oatmeal in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Leaving it at room temperature could cause it to get moldy or stale. This baked oatmeal will remain fresh in the fridge for up to a week so that you can enjoy it throughout the week.
