For the Blueberry sauce

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 lemon juice (from 2 lemons)
  • 2 tsp water

For the Frozen Lemonade

  • 1 ½ cups cold water
  • ⅔ cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 6 cups ice


Blueberry Sauce

  1. To make a blueberry sauce, combine blueberries, water, honey, and a splash of lemon juice in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil. 
  2. Mix two teaspoons of water in a separate small bowl until thoroughly combined. Afterward, pour this mixture into the blueberry mixture and lower the heat.
  3. Cook the mixture for about 2 minutes or until it thickens. Once the desired consistency is achieved, refrigerate the sauce until it cools.

Frozen Lemonade

  1. Once the blueberry sauce is cool
  2. Blend cold water, lemon juice, and honey to create a delicious and refreshing frozen lemonade.
  3. Then, add ice and blend until the mixture becomes thick and smooth.
  4. Divide the lemonade evenly between two large glasses. Add some cool blueberry sauce to the top of the frozen lemonade and gently swirl it around for extra flavor. Finally, top with more blueberry sauce, and enjoy!
