Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 1 whole cucumber sliced
  • 1 whole lime juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Tajin Seasoning
  • salt to taste


  1. Peel the cucumber, ensuring that you remove as much of the hard green peel as possible. Slice off the ends, then slice into rounds or matchsticks to your preferred size and thickness.
