  • onion 30 gram
  • minced garlic 1 clove
  • tomato sauce 1 tsp
  • red bell pepper 10 gram
  • green bell pepper 10 gram
  • pineapple 15 gram
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


  1. Grill the tuna after seasoning it with pepper and salt.
