Ingredients

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 85 grams of dried anchovies
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 green chili cut into small pieces (optional)
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan with oil on medium heat.
  2. Once the oil is heated, add the anchovies and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove the pan from heat and transfer the anchovies to a plate.
  4. Add the seasoning ingredients (except sesame oil and seeds) to the pan.
  5. Add the anchovies and chili to the pan.
  6. Stir well until the anchovies are well-coated with the seasoning.
  7. Finally, add sesame oil and sesame seeds and give it a quick stir.
