  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Shallots 2 cloves
  • Turmeric 5 grams
  • Kaffir lime leaves 2 grams
  • Cinnamon 3 grams
  • Ginger 2 grams
  • Cloves 1 gram
  • Spring onions 3 grams
  • Potatoes 100 grams
  • Green beans 70 grams
  • Oyster sauce one teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Blend garlic, shallots, and turmeric. Heat a little oil in a pan and cook until it is half-cooked.
  2. Add cinnamon, kaffir lime leaves, ginger, and cloves, and cook all the spices until they are cooked. Then, add a little water to the pan.
  3. Add the salmon to the pan and sprinkle some salt and pepper. Cook until it is absorbed and cooked.
  4. Slice the spring onions and sprinkle them over the salmon.
  5. Bake the potatoes and season them with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  6. For the sautéed green beans, sauté some garlic in a pan, then add green beans. Add some water and oyster sauce. Check the taste, and if needed, add salt and pepper.
