Ingredients

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g chicken thigh boneless bite-sized
  • 1 red paprika cut in 2,5 cm length
  • 1 green paprika cut in 2,5 cm length
  • 1 onion cut in 2,5 cm length
  • 3 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown. Once done, remove it from the skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add chopped onions and cook for 1 minute. Then add red and green paprika to it.
  5. Stir the ingredients well and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
  6. Add the sauce and stir it to combine with the remaining ingredients. If needed, add 50 ml of water to adjust the consistency.
  7. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and stir everything well. Add a pinch of pepper and salt to taste (if necessary).
  8. Cook the mixture for another 1 minute until it turns into a syrup-like consistency and coats the chicken nicely.
  9. Finally, add some green onions and toss everything together for 30 seconds. Your delicious dish is ready to serve!
