Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pierce each sweet potato a few times with a fork, then season lightly with salt and pepper. Place them on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly soft.
